What counts as a CRM record?
Any contact, lead, or account in your CRM. Activity records, emails, and tasks don’t count toward the limit.
What happens if I exceed my tier’s record limit?
We’ll notify you when you’re approaching the limit and discuss upgrading. We don’t cut off enrichment without warning.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing later?
Yes. Switch to annual at any time and you’ll be credited the unused monthly portion. Switching from annual to monthly happens at renewal.
What’s a portal session?
One conversation with the AI Strategy Portal, regardless of how many questions you ask within it. Sessions reset monthly.
Do you offer a free trial?
